Recommended daily dose: Shake well before use. Take 1 to 2 drops a day in one take. Can be ingested pure (directly on the tongue or with a teaspoon) or blended with semi-liquid food (yogurt, apple juice) preferably cold. Can be taken in the morning, at midday or at night.
